Absolutely love this one - is it possible to (1) change the seconds counter to the step count, and (2) remove the blinking animations?

Sorry, final requests:

• the seconds are still flashing on the time (currently it shows HH.MM with the "." flashing, can we change it to a non-flashing ":"?
• can we change the date to DD.MM (ie. switch it over from MM.DD)?
